Cancellations are not possible, so please check the details before sending.

* Please note that after submitting the form below, it may take approximately 10 days from the time of our reservation staff's reply until your reservation is completed. Please also note that in some cases, we may not be able to make a reservation on your desired date.
* If you are in a hurry, please call the store you plan to visit directly.
* Inquiries made outside of business hours, on weekends, holidays, during the New Year holidays, etc. will be responded to in the order they are received from the next business day.
