This is a reservation window for in-store purchases exclusively for customers overseas.

To prevent double bookings, please make sure to only make one reservation per person.
After making a reservation, a staff member will send you an email.
Cancellations are not possible, so please check the details before sending.

* It may take approximately one week for us to respond.
* We aim to respond quickly, but we are currently receiving many reservations and it may take even longer.
* If you are in a hurry, please call the store you plan to visit directly.
* Inquiries made outside of business hours, on weekends, holidays, during the New Year holidays, etc. will be responded to in the order they are received from the next business day.
